The Unnamable 2 (1992)
Directed by: Jean Paul Ovelette.  Starring: Mark Kinsey Stephenson, John Ryhes Davies, David Warner.

I must say, for a film thats just as bad as the first one, it's cast has some of my favorite actors.   John Ryhes Davies, Mark Kinsey Stephenson (he makes for a good Carter imho), and David Warner!  Folks, Warner is a Lovecraft film icon these days.  He's even surpassed Jeffery Combs for starring in more Lovecraftian films.
The story picks up right were the first one left off.  The creature released by a bunch of moronic Miskatonic students devoured most of them and continues to roam the old Winthrop house.  But Randolph Carter (Stephenson), armed with the Necronomicon and a dull common sense decides to enlist the help of a folklore and oral history scholar, Professor Warren (Ryhes-Davies), to travel back to the house to discover the secret behind the creature.  Things go ape shit after the two of them recite from the Necronomicon and release the demon from the body of Alyda, old Wintrhop's daughter instead of killing it like his spirit told them to.  Go figure.  This film is okay, if you have a few hours to kill.
